its very easy. all u have to do is right click on the picture you want and click save as. put in my pictures so that it could be easier. the, go to itunes and go to the tab on the top that says photos and click on the drop down box and click my pictures and choose the image you want.
find an image, right click, click save, plug in ipod, sych folder/file, wait for it to load, DONE! It’s really easy to do.

IMO, aside from the racing games, there aren’t any good sport apps for the itouch. I’ve tried a large assortment of them, and most of them rather suck.

I know it would be a pain to search ALL of that scroll by scroll, so if you don’t already know just press F3 on your keyboard and find it through search!
You can free download movies from Youtube. I always download videos from that website. You can have a try. But there is a problem. The download videos are FLV format, you can’t put them on your player directly. Because the ipod only support MP4 format. I used a converter called 4Videosoft FLV to Video Converter. It can convert FLV to other videoformat, such as MPG, MPEG, MP4, M4V, RM, RMVB, WMV, AVI, 3GP, MP3, MP2, AAC, etc

Try a different pair of phones. That will tell you if you have a lose wire in the phones (in which case 5 pounds for a new set of phones will get you back on the road) or whether the problem is in the iPod
there isnt a real way to repair this,
other then send it in, or take it to the apple store,
do you still have warranty if so then take it to the apple store,

this happened to my ipod also, only way i could use it was by wrapping the cable around the ipod so it tightens the headphone plug…
if a different pair of headphones on your ipod have the same problem then there is most likely something wrong with your headphone jack. unless you are still under warranty its very expensive to fix and you might as well just get a new ipod.

if your headphones have the same problem on another mp3 player or computer or something, then the headphones are broken and you’ll need to buy new ones.

With the ipod touch it’s a different method, you have to drag and drop the movie you want on-top of the ipod icon under Device in the source pane to your left. Then re- sync and your movie will show up.
My old ipod had a movie on it, but when I bought my new ipod touch I put all my songs on it, my movie is no where to be found on it. Its still on my itunes but when I sync everything onto my ipod touch I can never find my movie. I keep looking under the videos section on the ipod but there is nothing there. Help. Also, can I delete applications I put on my ipod touch? How so?
The video might not be compatible with your iPod, or you might be out of space on it. Also, to delete an application, get on your iPod and touch and hold down on any application until they all start wiggling. Each app should have a small red X available to click (except the default apps that come on the iPod). Touch the X to delete the application.

If you delete the music from your Itunes it will automatically be deleted from your Ipod. If you would rather not have the song on your pod you can uncheck the box next to the song, but other than that you cannot delete it without it being erased from your pod.
I have an ipod nano and I would like to delete all my music from my itunes because my computer is getting very slow.

But, I want to continue adding music to my ipod, but just deleting it once it is syched.

This is, unfortunately impossible. You can’t add music to your iPod without removing what is no longer on your iTunes, as your iTunes copies whatever is in its library to your iPod whenever you connect it.

The only possible way around it is to import the music to iTunes every time you want to sync your iPod, but this will be a lot of hassle and time consuming.

Maybe if you want to save disk space, buy an external hard drive and save your music onto that, so it is on your iTunes but not the computers hard drive.

i have one of each..the first generation doesn’t have speakers or a volume on the exterior, it also came with a different software package (that you can upgrade to the latest version), personally if you arent going to use the speakers (which really arent that great anyway) a first generation is just as good as the second…the second gen also has a little bit of a different feel to it, like a sleeker look….the price of a first gen was actually more than i paid for my second gen, and that price varies with the size of the ipod you buy!! hope this helps…
Im thinking of buying an ipod touch and have looked around. It would be nice if you can include some of the pros cons prices and comparisents in each.
the 2nd gen does have rockin speakers, so you save money on a sound dock. it’s thinner, lighter, has better internet, and its like comparing a Honda with a BMW. Both rock, but ones just better. + i think only ebay still has 1st gen.
Does the 1g ipod also play games and all those apps that the 2g ipod can play? Is there a difference in the screen sizes? Is there a difference in the way they work?
